Hosted and Organized By Sin and Kendra Donaldson Owners of God’s Grace Catering
The Medical Masquerade Boat Cruise
Last night, I had the pleasure of attending the Medical Masquerade Boat Cruise, hosted by Gods Grace Catering and Private dining owners Chef Sin (Godly Acts on Facebook) and his wife, Kenya Donaldson, and the experience was absolutely amazing.
From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere felt special. Everyone came dressed elegantly, and the masquerade theme brought an extra level of sophistication to the evening. The masks were beautiful, creative, and the perfect complement to the formal looks throughout the boat.
And the music? DJ Squirt did not miss!
He played hit after hit, keeping the energy going throughout the night without missing a beat. Whether guests were dancing, mingling, taking pictures, or simply enjoying the scenery, the music helped create the perfect mood.
The food was another highlight of the evening. The menu included salad, pasta salad with Mexican corn and chicken bacon ranch pasta that was so good. The drinks were included as well, and they were mixed perfectly not too strong, but definitely strong enough to hit just right.
As we cruised along the Savannah River, the scenery became part of the experience.
The views were magnificent. Watching the lights reflect across the water while passing beautifully illuminated homes made the evening feel almost cinematic. The weather started off warm and humid, but as the night continued, the air gradually became perfectly cool, making the cruise even more enjoyable.
One of my favorite parts of attending events like this is getting the opportunity to meet and talk with different people.
I spoke with one woman who creates press-on nails and custom outfits, bringing her own creative business into the evening. I also met a woman enjoying the cruise with her daughter. Her daughter looked like an absolute princess and fittingly, she ended up winning Best Dressed.
Throughout the evening, there were so many beautiful little moments happening around me.
At one point, I watched a couple take pictures together before dancing romantically as the lights, water, music, and scenery seemed to become one with them. It was one of those moments that perfectly captured what the entire night felt like.
Elegant. Romantic. Relaxing. Fun.
The Medical Masquerade Boat Cruise was more than just an event. It was an experience.
From the food and drinks to the music, fashion, people, weather, and breathtaking views of the Savannah River, everything came together beautifully.
The night was truly spectacular, and I am glad I had the opportunity to experience it.
